"We contacted Christina Saribay from NEXT Reality to help search and find our new home. Our experience with her was outstanding!! Before we reached a decision to use her, we were given names of many other realtors to contact and real estate companies to go through without success. The ones we contacted were not as attentive and detailed as Christina. My wife and her connected which was very important to me...I knew that she was the right one for us after she'd answered her phone (she probably regrets that day) during one of our excursions and responded immediately to our requests to visit a laundry list of homes the very next day. She was very easy going and provided us with very pertinent information about each housing development and areas of interest. This was undoubtedly very helpful in our search for the right home. She provided us comps for each house/housing areas and even provided us suggestions for the offer. Here is where Christina outshines the rest of the pack...whenever we had questions, by text, by phone or email, she always responded immediately...could be early in the morning or late at night, she was always quick to respond. She even went as far as scheduling the inspector and contractors for quotes...this never waned just because we signed on the dotted line. She was always there explaining the entire process with clarity. This by the way was not our first home we've bought. This was our 7th home and Christina by far has been the best to work with. We highly recommend Christina if you are new to the area or just needing someone to provide that extra guidance for your next new home. You won't regret it...a happy buyer."
